We like to sleep and read some books on the bad, though we know that it is bad for eyes, we still can’t give up the habit. The only reason is that it makes us feel comfortable. Though not all the comfortable gestures mean bad habits or beautiful poses, we still have no preparation to give them up. They are too comfortable to refuse.
