Siren is a recent free responsive WordPress theme. It was built on a responsive grid system called RWDgrid and adjusts to just any size of screen (anywhere from 1200px to just 300px). Siren is WP 3+ ready and has lots of great features: featured images, custom menu, widgetized sidebar, jquery slider, theme options panel etc.
