Download and upload the extracted files to wp-content/themes folder
Activate MAGAZine Theme from Appearance >> Themes
Verify your purchase by providing your NetChillies.com username & password
Create Homepage & Blog Page and specify the same under Settings >> Reading
Drag desired CONTENT AREA and SIDEBAR widgets under specific sidebars
